1. Introduction


Welcome to GlobalServerBoxes ("GSB", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our remote USB dongle sharing service, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. Service Description


GSB provides remote access to GSM boxes and USB dongles through a secure server infrastructure. Users can connect to our servers using VirtualHere Client and Radmin VPN software to access professional mobile phone unlocking and servicing tools.


3. Eligibility


You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.


4. Account Registration


  • You must register an account to access our Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • One subscription is limited to one PC/device at a time.

    • 5. Subscription and Payments


  • We offer subscription plans of 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year.
  • Payment methods include PayPal, Binance Pay, and manual bank transfers.
  • All payments require proof of payment upload for verification.
  • Subscriptions are activated after admin approval of payment.
  • No refunds are provided for unused subscription time.
  • Extra Tools are available exclusively to 1-year subscription holders.

    • 6. PC Changes and Network Access


  • Your subscription is linked to a single PC and network.
  • PC change requests can be submitted through your dashboard.
  • Frequent PC changes may be restricted or denied.
  • Admin approval is required for all PC changes.

    • 7. Acceptable Use Policy


    You agree NOT to:

  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Attempt to access unauthorized dongles or tools.
  • Use the Service for illegal activities.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
  • Circumvent any security measures.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.

    • 8. Service Availability


  • We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability.
  • Dongles are shared among users and may be temporarily unavailable.
  • We reserve the right to pause or discontinue specific tools.
  • Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability.

    • 9. Intellectual Property


  • GSB and its content are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Third-party tools accessed through our Service belong to their respective owners.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your subscription.

    • 10. Limitation of Liability


  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
  • We are not responsible for data loss, device damage, or indirect damages.
  • Our liability is limited to the subscription fee paid.
  • We are not responsible for the functionality of third-party tools.

    • 11. Termination


  • We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations.
  • Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked.
  • No refunds are provided for terminated accounts due to Terms violations.

    • 12. Privacy


    Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect IP addresses, PC identifiers, and usage data to provide and secure our Service.


    13. Changes to Terms


    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
